Once an order has shipped, SquiJoy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order.

6. Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, SquishJoy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier or local post office if they experience delivery issues.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item.

If approved, we will provide either:

A replacement product, or
A refund, at our discretion.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

Please inspect products before use and discontinue use if they become damaged.

SquishJoy is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of our products.
